The apartments of our B&B are spacious, but still have a
cosy and authentic atmosphere.
The apartments have double bedrooms which each have two
excellent, made up beds with a length of 2.10 mtr.
Each apartment has a shower/ toilet, a spacious living room
with an open kitchen and modern conveniences such as a
microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment
and four hobs. All the apartments have a wireless internet
connection.

the Servant):

The names ‘The Farm worker’ and ‘the Servant’
originate from the history of the Sint Nicolaas farm
and speak for themselves. This authentic farm house
offers 4 person’s apartments which are situated on
the first floor of the farm and are on one level.
Den Vader en
Den Moeder (The Father and The Mother):
The summer house of this
luxurious bed and breakfast Holland is situated to
the right of the main farm building consists of a
2-person’s apartment named “Den Moeder” and a
4-persons apartment named “Den Vader” . The living
rooms, kitchens and bathrooms are situated
downstairs and the bedrooms are on the first floor.
You will also have your own delightful patio. In the
olden days the retired farm labourers, resident on
the farm, had to call the farmer and the farmer’s
wife "Den Moeder" (The Mother) and "Den Vader" (The
Father) of the house.

Het
Koetshuis (The Coach House):
This 4
person’s apartment is situated in the coach house to
the left of the main farm house. This chalet
consists, downstairs, of a living room, a kitchen
and a bathroom and upstairs two bedrooms. You will
have your own beautiful patio. In the olden days the
space was occupied by a carriage; currently it is
modern, but still an authentic accommodation for you
to enjoy your holiday in our beautiful B&B
Netherlands.
Jan Nederstadt:
This 6
person’s apartment is situated in what use to be a
part of the stable. It is all downstairs and has its
own patio next to the patio of the ‘Koetshuis’. “Jan
Nederstadt” is de founder of the Sint Nicolaas farm;
he had the farm built in 1858 and made sure that the

Het Koetshuis (The Coach House)
De Regentenkamer (The Governors’ Room):
This is a recreation room of 80 m2 situated on the
farm’s first floor across from the apartments De
Boerenknecht en De Dienstbode. In the Regentenkamer
there is a table tennis table and a table football
game. It can also be used as an excellent meeting
room.
The Regentenkamer finds its origins from the time
1858 and 1903 when the governors of the Trust “Sint
Nicolaashoeve” met on the farm. The Sint Nicolaas
farm is still owned by this Trust. |
This B&B Netherlands is situated 300
meters from the village centre of Nieuwveen. In the village
there is a supermarket, various other shops, a
fast foot outlet, a bank and bus stops. Restaurants are
situated 2 km. from the farm.
The Sint Nicolaas farm is part of Groene Hart Logies: a
chain of quality farm accommodation. Pets are unfortunately
prohibited.
